  <title>Day V of Project: Get the Fuck Better Retard</title>

  <description>Alright so I&apos;m feeling a teeny tiny bit discouraged here regarding numbers. I&apos;ve decided I&apos;m better left without a calculator all together once you see what I&apos;m talking about.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So my BMI when I was first weighed for the program was 14.0 (its been lower for archival sake) and I need to achieve a BMI of 18.5 to be considered a &quot;healthy&quot; weight. The difference between the two for me is 29.3 pounds which if I can gain at a pace of 2.2 lbs/week (the minimum required for a Sunday day pass), I would be in the hospital for 14 weeks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Because its actually kind of relevant for this conversation&apos;s sake, here&apos;s what I ate today:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Breakfast: &lt;/u&gt;Bran flakes, 1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt and apple juice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Snack: &lt;/u&gt; 41 raisins, 25 peanuts, 18 m&amp;ms, 4 almonds, 3.5 cashews and 2 Smarties.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Lunch: &lt;/u&gt; Sweet and sour chicken and five grain rice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Snack: &lt;/u&gt; Apple and 1 tablespoon of Almond Harvest Crunch granola.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Dinner: &lt;/u&gt; Rainforest Black Bean Simmer, raspberry Fruitsations applesauce and 10 raisins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Snack: &lt;/u&gt; 2 kiwis, raspberry Nutri-Grain bar, 3 m&amp;ms, pure blueberry jam packet, honey packet, raspberry Fruitsations applesauce and 10 raisins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So obviously today was a HUGE day with tones of extras (which I promised myself to limit to the end of the day if I was absolutely starving) but heres why: for someone like me who sits around on their caboose all day, I would have to consume 2459 calories/day until Thursday in order to have gained 2.2 lbs by next Thursday. All my massive binging can be explained in &lt;i&gt;figure B&lt;/i&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Wednesday&apos;s Total Caloric Intake: &lt;/u&gt; 1805 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Calories Short:&lt;/u&gt; 654&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Thursday&apos;s Total Caloric Intake: &lt;/u&gt; 1316 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Calories Short:&lt;/u&gt; 1143&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Friday&apos;s Total Caloric Intake: &lt;/u&gt; 1760 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Calories Short:&lt;/u&gt; 696&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Saturday&apos;s Total Caloric Intake: &lt;/u&gt; 1795 &lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calories Short:&lt;/u&gt; 661&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Sunday&apos;s Total Caloric Intake: &lt;/u&gt; 2306 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Calories Short:&lt;/u&gt; 153&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;New Caloric Intake to be Consumed for the next 18 meals:&lt;/u&gt; 3561.3&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I&apos;m sure you can see my problem but my next meal increase is tomorrow and looks major, so we will see what thats like. I&apos;m feeling the tug of my go to bed little Emmjay drugs so until we meet again, I withold my fascinating day from you. Fufufu.</description>
